一般社団法人日本クリプトコイン協会（以下、当協会）は、暗号通貨およびブロックチェーン技術に関する教育を目的とした団体です。2014年の設立以来、暗号通貨技能検定講座および検定試験を通じて、技術の仕組みと貨幣の歴史に関する知識の普及に取り組んでいます。

1. 当協会の法的な位置づけ

当協会は、金融商品取引法に基づく投資助言・代理業者ではありません。また、資金決済法に基づく暗号資産交換業者でもありません。当協会の講座、検定試験、記事、動画、その他一切の発信は、投資助言に該当するものではありません。

2. 当協会が行わないこと

• 暗号通貨の価格予想および相場見通しの提供
• 特定の銘柄の推奨、斡旋、販売、および売買時期の助言
• 売買シグナルの配信、自動売買ツールの提供
• 資産の運用代行、預かり、および管理
• 暗号通貨の売買、交換、およびその媒介
• 利回り、配当、元本または収益の保証

3. 「認定アドバイザー」について

当協会における「アドバイザー」とは、暗号通貨への投資判断や売買について助言する者ではありません。Bitcoin・暗号通貨・ブロックチェーンの仕組み、ウォレットの管理、取引所の基本的な利用方法、セキュリティなどについて、正しい知識の普及と教育を行う人材を指します。

4. 自己責任の原則

暗号通貨の取得および保有に関する判断は、すべてご自身の責任において行ってください。当協会の講座、検定、記事その他の情報を参照された結果として生じたいかなる損害についても、当協会は責任を負いません。
